TUNKHANNOCK – Rep. Tina Pickett (R-Bradford/Wyoming) this week presented a citation from the Pennsylvania House of Representatives to Joseph Breck IV of Tunkhannock for attaining the rank of Eagle Scout. To fulfill his community service requirement,
Breck undertook an improvement project at Miers Cemetery in Northmoreland Township, which included refinishing the fence and signs and repainting and filling the flower boxes. Breck is the son of Tracie and Joseph Breck III (pictured), and a member of Troop 302 in West Pittston.
