HARRISBURG – The Lackawanna/Susquehanna Single County Authority has been awarded funding by the Pennsylvania Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs (DDAP) to coordinate criminal justice diversion programs for individuals with an opioid addiction, according to Reps.
